Instead of engineering in a dark room, you should get out as soon as possible and always keep your ears to the ground.

That’s great advice and something we paid a lot of attention to. Having gone through two iterations of our upcoming product, we took a step back and went back to basics. It cost us some time but it resulted in a re-energized team with a clearer focus on a lighter & better solution. We cut more features than we added and focused only on the important stuff. Anything we didn’t miss after 1 day, never made it back to our list.

Hours away from releasing this, we are happy with that choice and are keen to hear from everybody out there.
